Youth and Community Development Worker

We are currently looking for a passionate, proactive individual to take us, as part of a wider team, to the next level in our goal to become a community-centred church.

Skills & Qualities
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative communicator, able to lead and teach the bible to a range of age groups; a self motivator and independent thinker.

The Benefits
The role is a 3 year position with an initial review after a year. Salary is up to £24,000 dependent on skills and experience. Appropriate training will be provided as will a dedicated mentor.
