Tim Bach

Pastor Tim Bach was the catalyst in the formation of ACC in the fall of 2019 and continues to lead all church services and activities.  He has been involved in ministry and non-profit work for more than three decades, most recently as the executive pastor at Alliance Community Fellowship in Fort Worth, Texas.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Tim graduated from Wayne State University for Business and The Berean School of Ministry.  Previously, he served at Northpoint Community Church in Atlanta and Free Chapel Worship Center in Gainesville, Georgia.  His ministry experience ranges from youth ministry to founding a homeless outreach program in Oregon, as well as performing in forty-eight states and across five continents as a faith-based musician and speaker in churches, student camps, and public schools, reaching more than one million children!

Tim and Sharon have been married for 30 years.  They have three children and one grandchild.  The Bach family cherishes the Town of Argyle, Texas, and its people and are grateful for the opportunity to have lived in and served this community for the past several years.

Sharon Bach

Sharon serves as ACC's Administrator, working alongside her husband.

Raised in the church, Sharon has had the opportunity to serve in ministry throughout her life.  Whether serving in children's church, teaching Sunday school, or hosting small groups, Sharon's passion is pointing people to Christ.

Together with her husband in ministry for decades, Sharon has held many professional positions.  Bringing administrative leadership to Tim Bach Resources/Tim Bach Band, she oversaw  booking events, travel details, accounting and sales.  She also has previously run an in-home, infant-only daycare serving local teachers, and was previously a gold and silver buyer.

Sharon's biggest love has been her family, raising her three kids and spending time with her adorable granddaughter.

Katie & Trace Humphreys

Katie and Trace Humphreys have volunteered with ACC Students since January 2024, shortly after moving to Argyle for Trace to take a job as an Argyle High School teacher and coach.  As ACC’s growth has demanded additional staff resources, the Humphries are a natural fit to lead ACC Students moving forward. Graduates of Texas A&M, Katie and Trace met while she was earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology & he was working toward his degree in Sport Management and minor in Business.

Katie has held various leadership roles for discipleship, evangelism, & missions-based ministries and has a Master's Degree in Public Service and Administration with a track in Nonprofit Management from The Bush School of Government and Public Service. She previously served on staff with Antioch Community Church in College Station as the Director of Operations for Unbound Now, Antioch's anti-human trafficking nonprofit. Since 2023, she has worked with Capturing Kids' Hearts, the country's leading teacher training company where she hosted teacher celebration events and raised funds for underfunded school districts.

Katie is zealous about empowering students to truly know Jesus and model their lives after His example. Katie and Trace have been married for 4 years and live in Justin with their two sheepadoodles, Sunny and Emmie, and proudly cheer on their fighting Texas Aggies through all their wins & losses year-round.

Student ministry holds a special place in Trace’s heart as he decided to follow Jesus during a DNOW weekend in high school.

While at A&M, Trace served as a Fellowship of Christian Athletes huddle leader, and discovered his calling as a teacher and coach.  Over the past 5 years, he has taught in Breckenridge and Navasota, and is currently a teacher in Argyle ISD. Trace has also coached a litany of sports including football, basketball, and track, but his love is for the game of soccer which he coaches locally at both Argyle High School and Argyle Middle School.

Trace & Katie love to minister as a team and have previously led a young adult life group and a mission trip to the Middle East. He’s excited to continue in ministry alongside his wife and the team here at ACC!
